Man Caught Making Love To Neighbour’s Teen Daughter Inside Parents’ Room

A 27-year old man, Michael Ubani has been arrested and charged before an Apapa Magistrates court for conduct likely to cause breach of peace by engaging a 19-year old girl in her parents’ room.

Reports that the incident happened at Apapa, Lagos where both the suspect and the victim’s parents reside.

Our correspondent was unable to confirm if it was indeed a consensual agreement between the suspect and the victim.

However, police source said the suspect allegedly sneaked into the victim’s parent’s apartment when her parents were not around and engaged her in a sex romp allegedly without her consent.

Residents of Kiwafu West, Division ‘B’ in Entebbe Municipality, Uganda were thrown into mourning after a 12-year-old boy identified as Derrick Mukisa, a primary two (P.2) pupil at Kiwafu Modern Primary School was found hanging on a rope in a bed at his home on Wednesday, June 28th. 

Taban Stephen, the deceased uncle said that he returned home from a nearby carpentry workshop where he works, at about 8.30pm and on opening the bedroom door, he saw the boy hanging dead on a rope. 

He notified the Land Lord Hussein Nusura who in turn contacted the OC Station Entebbe Police.

I remember sometime last year when I came to Lagos and had to literally swim through a flood to find my way to court. Since then I have been to Lagos several times and I thought those days are gone for good. I thought Lagos finally decided to be nice to the Ninja Lawyer.

On Tuesday I waited for 5 hours in the Abuja airport before getting to Lagos. A 6pm flight became 7:30pm and finally we took off by 9pm or thereabouts for Lagos. We landed way pass 10pm and by the time I got to Lekki where I will be lodging Wednesday was saying goodbye to Tuesday.

Service Chiefs Move To Sack Young Officers Considered Threats To Senior Officers

Court Fines Sahara Reporters N4bn For Saraki Libel

An Ilorin High Court, presided over by Justice Adeyinka Oyinloye on Wednesday slammed a N4 billion judgment against the publisher of popular online newspaper, Sahara Reporters, Mr. Omoyele Sowore, over a series of stories published two years ago by the medium against Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki.

The judgment affected stories published by the online medium against Saraki between September and December of 2015. The Senate President had, through his lawyer, Babatunde Olomu, asked for the intervention of the court following the publication of series of libellous stories against him by Sahara Reporters. Both Sowore and Sahara Reporters were joined as defendants in the suit marked as KWS/23/2017.
