This is the second time in 2 weeks that the organizers will be getting it wrong. The last time the flag of a country was swapped with another country and immediately the Prime Minister came on air to apologise for the error. Now it happened to Nigeria too but we are yet to get any apology.
Even developed countries make mistakes afterall, so no one whould blame Nigeria when light go off at the National stadium during a match.

Are you sure it is a mistake? Is it not that that country has acquired Nigeria? Did anybody complain from government? When the process is completed your doubt will be cleared.
