Embattled Rivers State law maker Chidi Lloyd claims while he was in police custody, he was blindfolded,
battered and tortured by the Nigerian police and for that, he wants N50
billion as compensation.
This was made through his legal team yesterday after he was granted bail a Rivers State high court
