Frank Ribery Wins Europe Best Player Award

French player Frank Ribery kisses his “UEFA Best Player in Europe 2012/2013 Award” just after receiving it, on August 29, 2013 in Monaco after the Champions League group stage draw.

Bayern Munich and Germany winger Franck Ribery is named the Uefa Best Player in Europe. He beat Lionel Messi and C7to the award.

The France international becomes the third player to win the award, the two previous winners being Barcelona duo Lionel Messi (2011) and Andres Iniesta (2012).
