Anyone who listened to music in the late "90's will know him. He release songs such as "i wanna know", "Stutter" etc. The gist going around is that, he just got engaged and to one of America's bad boy RAY J ex-women.
Ray J is Brandy's younger brother. He released a sex tape of himself and Kim Kadarsian (Kanye West's girl friend). He also said he has a sex tape of himself and Whitney Houston.
Congrats to Joe Thomas.
We hope in future, Ray J will not say he has a sex tape of Joe's girl Friend.
Its a rumor. He said himself that he is not engaged to anyone.
