Abia State Commissioner for Agriculture, Dr Kenneth Nwosu, who was shot on July 9, 2014 by suspected assassins, has died at the Abia State Specialist Hospital in Umuahia.
It would be recalled that Dr Kenneth Nwosu was driving home (at
Olokoro in Umuahia South local government) when he was attacked by a
group of gunmen in a Toyota Camry, who opened fire on him on the lonely
road. After shooting sporadically for some time, the criminals fled the
scene in an unknown direction.
As Nwosu was badly injured at his intestines and femur, he was
immediately rushed to the hospital, where he was struggling for his life
for six difficult days. Nwosu’s death was announced by Commissioner for
information and strategy, Eze Chikamnayo at a press conference on
Tuesday, July 15.
Till now no arrests have been made, so if you have any information on
