The duo of popular Yoruba actors; Murphy Afolabi and Bimpe Akintunde were recently involved in a ghastly auto accident in Ogun State.
It was learnt that both actors, while in an SUV driven by Murphy, had the road mishap in Abeokuta, the state capital. The vehicle they were in reportedly somersaulted about four times after its front tyre burst on motion.
They were rescued by sympathisers as both sustained serious injuries.
The unfortunate incident, according to information scooped, happened around 12:30pm at Awowo old road, in Abeokuta, just when they passed Obada Oko and were reportedly heading towards Ilaro.
Meanwhile, Bimpe is still in the hospital receiving treatments.
