One of the suspects in Wednesday’s deadly attack on the offices of French satirical magazine, Charlie Hebdo, has turned himself in.

French authorities have identified Hamyd Mourad, 18, as the suspect presently in police custody, abc reports. The other two suspects are Said Kouachi and Cherif Kouachi, two relatives both in their 30s. They were among six people who were sentenced to 3 years in prison for terrorism in May 2008 after allegedly recruiting young French men to join Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, the leader of Al Qaeda in Iraq.

According to reports, Charlie Hebdo had received numerous terror threats, and the offices were constantly being protected by police.
