Photos: Olisa Metuh Arrives Court From Kuje Prison Hand Cuffed
National Publicity Secretary of PDP, Olisa Metuh arrived in court today for his bail hearing in handcuffs. Metuh was arraigned on a 7-count charge of corruption and money laundering.
