These photos are confirmation of what was earlier reported about Muhammadu Buhari ordering his security personnel to always obey traffic rules.
The president-elect's motorcade was stopped by the traffic lights today
for few minutes today while on a rush for an appointment in the Federal
Capital Territory. Buhari's convoy had to patiently wait for the Green
Light before moving on with other vehicles.
