Tubosun Falowo is the Ag. MD of GTL Registrars Limited. He is an Alumnus of Aberdeen Business School, Scotland (UK) and an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School, Nigeria where he obtained an MSc. in Finance and Investment Management in 2009 and Masters in Business Administration respectively. He holds a BSc (Honours) in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan.

Kayode Falowo is the Group Managing Director/CEO of Greenwich Trust
Limited, one of the leading investment banking firms in Nigeria. He is a
Chartered Stockbroker with over 27 (Twenty-seven) years’ post graduate
experience and practice in finance, especially in Commercial and
Investment Banking.
He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Agricultural Engineering from the
University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife), an MBA from
the University of Benin and a Diploma in Information Management. He has
attended numerous workshops and seminars, which include the
International Management Programme and Chief Executive Programme at the
Lagos Business School and Financial Training at the IESE Business
School, Barcelona, Spain.
He is an active member of numerous professional and industry
associations. He is a distinguished Fellow of the Chartered Institute of
Stockbrokers, a Fellow of the Association of Investment Advisers and
Portfolio Managers and a Fellow of the Certified Pension Institute of
Nigeria. He is the Vice President of the Nigerian-British Chamber of
Commerce and Council Member of the Nigerian-Malaysian Chamber of
Commerce & Industry. In addition, he is a Member of the Lagos

Mr. Falowo, a seasoned Investment Banker, is very passionate about

Development, seats on the Board of the National Association of
Securities Dealers (NASD) PLC, where he is also the Chairman of the
Rules Committee. He is a Member of the Central Organizing Committee of
the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG), a Member of the Technical
Committee of the National Council on Privatization and a Member of the
Presidential Advisory Committee on the Capital Market.
He has, in the recent past, served as the Chairman, Association of
Issuing Houses of Nigeria (AIHN), a Member of National Bond Steering
Committee, Rules and Regulations Committee of the Nigerian Stock
Exchange and the National Essay Competition Committee of The Exchange.
