The much anticipated concert took place last night at the Eko Hotel and Suite.
The show
kicked off with a beautiful opening from Tolu Oniru - Toolz and real
housewives' Kenya Moore, followed by back to back performances from Samklef,
DRB Lasgidi, Sean Tizzle, Fally Ipupa, Mafikholozo from South Africa, Olamide,
Kaywsitch and rapper 2chainz.
I learnt from one of my readers that went that the venue was not that filled as fans that were at the previous concert were afraid that it might not live up to expectation.
He also said 2chainz and Olamide tore the roof.
I also learnt alot of musicians that were meant to perform at the show did not show up- Wizkid, Iyanya, Ikechuku, Davido, Durella, Timaya. WHY DID THEY NOT SHOW UP? What of the fans that bought tickets just to be disappointed that most of the musicians did not show up?
Would you consider the DKM concert flop??
