This is the same man along with his fellow northern Governors that are shouting unfair distribution of federal allocation whilst they spend tax payers money, VAT deductions from other states on things like mass weddings for widows e.t.c. Please ask him what he has done with what he is given now. The bill board speaks for it self !!!
