PHOTOS- Boy Tortured For Three Weeks By Army

 

This happened in Barkin Ladi local government in Plateau State where some men of the Special Task Force accused the young man of stealing a rifle. The people fighting for the victim said it was later found to be untrue. The young man was supposedly tortured for over 3 weeks.
