I don't know what information minister is talking about. 18 hours per day constant light in Nigeria? Abeg make he tell us which part so that I can relocate to the place. 

Nigeria rarely get up to 5 hours of combined power supply in a day.

    He can even boast of 24hrs only in aso rock and ministers residence.
