Who is this person that is using late Goldie Harvey's twitter account to promote a movie as well as Tonto Dikeh's latest song?

Who ever still has access to the late singer's account should just close it and stop using it.

The singer died on the 14th February 2013 but amazingly, 01 March 2013; her twitter account was used to promote a song as a movie. 

This is too bad.
