An occult hideout in an underground dungeon was recently uncovered by the Ogun State police on Sunday February 3, reports claim.

Located between Ijebu-Ode and Atan, and close to the border area between Oyo, Ogun and Ondo states, police arrested three suspects during a break-in.

The suspected ritualists, Kehinde Rufai, Debo Awonaya and another simply identified as David are in police custody.

According to reports, a resident of the area, who pleaded anonymity, however, said that some youths in the community first discovered the ritualists’ dungeon in a forest after a 70-year old man, Kehinde Rabiu, went missing.

The resident said that other inhabitants of the area were shocked when they saw the dungeon, which has a flight of stairs underneath.

The suspected ritualists were reported to have built a house beside the underground in the forest and planted indian hemp around the place.

Chairman of Community Development Association in the area, Kola Ologbode, said the three suspects were known criminals.

He said that he had overheard them saying they were looking for aged man for a business.

The village head, Durojaye Olugbode also called on the government for assistance to get rid of kidnappers in the area.

The state Police Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi, said that the command had already launched an investigation into the matter.

  1. You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I
find this topic to be actually one thing which I think
I might never understand. It sort of feels too complex and
very wide for me. I'm having a look forward for your subsequent publish, I'll try to get the hold of it!
