Shakira and her soccer star boyfriend, Gerard Pique, just welcomed a baby boy!
The happy mother shared the news on her website, writing:
We are happy to announce the birth of Milan Piqué Mebarak, son of
Shakira Mebarak and Gerard Piqué, born January 22nd at 9:36pm, in
Barcelona, Spain.
The name Milan (pronounced MEE-lahn), means dear, loving and gracious in Slavic; in Ancient Roman, eager and laborious; and in Sanskrit, unification.
Just like his father, baby Milan became a member of FC Barcelona at birth.

The hospital confirmed that the couple’s first child weighed approximately 6lbs. 6 ounces, and that both mother and child are in excellent health.
Milan is the first child for the Colombian popstar, 35, and her Spanish beau, 25, who have been together for nearly two years.
The twosome have definitely been awaiting the big day -- last week Shakira shared professional photos of her pregnancy curves for her UNICEF Virtual Baby Shower, which donates gifts and money to less fortunate children around the world.
The pair also teased fans by announcing their son's birth in the form of a prank for Dia de los Innocentes (Day of the Holy Innocents), the Spanish equivalent of April Fool's Day back in December.
