Words went round that Timi Dakolo who performed at the function was involved in the chopper crash and dead. Timi Dakolo tweeted a while ago that he is alive as seen in his twitter page above
Investigations reveal that Dakolo and his wife attended the burial ceremony of the father of Oronto Douglas, President Goodluck Jonathan’s Special Adviser on Research and Documentation.
Dakolo, who is expected to perform at the closing ceremony of the Rivers State Carnival (Carniriv), was meant to fly along with the governor and five others but opted out, deciding at the last minute to travel by road.
Nollywood actor Ramsey Nouah is also rumored to have been involved in
the crash. Unconfirmed reports however have it that Ramsey is hale and
hearty in Abuja.
