Eminent Nigerian jurist, Justice Babakoyade Eso, well known for heading
many panels including the popular Kayode Esho Panel set in the 90's is dead. He dies in his Lagos home today.
Justice Eso is regarded as one of the most daring and respected judges of the Nigerian Supreme Court to ever live, and nicknamed "The Denning of our time" ‘because of his uncanny analysis of the law.
Born in Ilesha in Osun state, Justice Eso has a bachelors as well as masters degree in law from the Trinity College in London.
He was 87 old.
