19 confered with the chieftaincy title of Are Ago of Egbaland by Oba Adedokun Gbadebo, the Alake of Egbaland. His wife, Remi
Tinubu, was made the Erelu Aare Ago of Egbaland.
Presidential Candidate for the Congress
for Progress Change, Maj.-Gen. Mohammadu Buhari (retd.); the ACN
Presidential candidate in the 2011 general elections, Alhaji Nuhu
Ribadu; Governors of Ogun, Lagos, Osun, Ekiti and Oyo states attended
the occasion.
Elder statesman and former governor of
Lagos State, Alhaji Lateef Jakande; the National Chairman of the ACN,
Chief Bisi Akande; former Ogun State governor, Chief Olusegun Osoba; and
other party chiefs were also at the ceremony.
