The man in the picture was caught using Vulture to make Chicken Suya.

How can a man be cruel to a fellow human? I hope I have not being a victim.

Anyway, it belongs to the family aves whether fowl or vulture there's no problem if one have taken it without any adverse effect, he should face no parnel.
