  1. Not easy to compete in the Olympics with the world best. Qualifying alone is an achievement. U need to have been in sport to the state and national level to appreciate those guys. Competing with guys exposed to best sporting facilities in Europe and America not easy. I give it to those guys any day.

  3. I want to disagree with you sis. Blessing has been runiing against this people all through the season and defeated most of them, now that main event she came last??? The level of our sport has really gone down, events we win medals in the past has eluded us. Track and field, boxing have all gone from us. God save us

  4. The truth is this athlete train on their own. The federation is interested in office naming. Yesterday I went to have some good time at the miccom golf and resort was on d golf course when I noticed a lot of luxury buses driving in. Written
on each was The Nigeria association of rowing, Nigeria association of table tennis, Nigeria association of lawn tennis, so many Nigeria this and that. What were they there for? To spend money and have a reason to. Non there was an athlete.

  5. No one needs the fund to win competition.Talk about infrastructures that may be lacking for them to train, most of the winners from other countries practised in silence on their own then came out in the open to compete when its time to select. But in my dear nation we are always looking for money as if it will give you talent. Was it money that made Yohan and Ussein? Or was it money that made Chad to win Gold?
