It was reported earlier this morning that ex-militants invaded Igbinedion University, Okada, Benin City by 5am this morning. They destroyed cars, macheted people, shooting their guns and have injured several students of the school. They also blocked the main gate of the school so no one can come in or go out!
The militants gained access into one of
the girls hostel.
The school is now calm. No life was lost but several students were injured. New reports suggest it was a clash between students and ex-militants who are also students of the school.
