At least twelve people have been killed and 40 others were injured today as a suicide bomber drove a bomb-rigged Honda car into a church, Harvest Field Church of Christ. The church is sandwiched between Living Faith church and Deeper Life Church in Yelwan Tudu area of Bauchi metropolis.
An eyewitness said that the attack has killed several people including the suicide bomber and guards at the church. "We are still carrying out rescue operation and will speak to you later please.”
Other churches in the area hurriedly closed as security operatives arrived the scene.
